Double room in tidy flat in Cyncoed, near UWIC, Heath Hospital and Cardiff Gate in Cyncoed, Cardiff for sale

Hi. The room is a little under 10 foot square plus a built in wardrobe. The flat is on the first floor, and is clean throughout with a large lounge / dining area and decent sized kitchen Its in a quiet part of Cyncoed, about a mile and half from UWIC, and a couple of miles from Heath Hospital. By car its about 10 minutes from city centre and about 5 minutes from the major road routes out of town. There is plenty of room for storage in the flat and a garage I just use for storing kayaks and things about 40 metres from the flat. Its in a very quiet close and there is plenty of parking available. I am fairly relaxed and quiet and generally fairly easy to get on with. I tend to spend a fair bit of time playing sport, going to the gym and a few other things here and there so not always around the place. There is a cat so anyone coming by would have to be not allergic(!) and ok with pets. Happy to alter the price to include bills if necessary. Anyone wanting to stay would need to be a non smoker.
